These cream charger tanks are designed for the making of cocktails and nitrous flavour infusions and are also used whip cream using a whipped cream dispenser (cream whipper).

These are pure, N2O (food-grade) cream chargers.

These large cream chargers (640 g) are flavourless and odourless, which makes them perfect for making of specialised cocktails and nitrous flavour infusions that also require a larger amount of nitrous.

High-quality chargers designed for commercial kitchens, cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs and home use.

Requires regulator and hose fittings to connect to a whipper dispenser.

Each 0.95L tank contains 640g of culinary grade n20 gas.

Included in each cylinder in every order are two Pressure Release Nozzles. Use the twisty nozzle to get rid of any left-over gas to safely dispose of the cylinder. Easily dispose of tank in metal recycling.
